Materials:

– 250 grams of small shrimp

– 150 grams of rice flour

– 50 grams of tapioca flour

– 200-250 milli liters of water

– 1 tablespoon all-purpose creamer (substitute for Santa)

– salt to taste

Ground spices:

– 3 cloves of garlic

– 1 cm kencur

– 1 cm of turmeric

– 1 teaspoon coriander

– 2 candlenuts

– 2 pieces of lime leaves

How to make :

1. Mix rice flour and tapioca, add ground spices and creamer, add water little by little until the water level is right, add enough salt.

2. Put just enough shrimp to fry once into the batter, fry in hot oil over low heat so it doesn’t burn. Do this until the shrimp runs out.
